Migration is a strategic feature in Dark War Survival that allows players—known as Survivors—to relocate from one State to another. Whether you’re looking to join friends, escape an inactive region, or move to a more competitive environment, understanding the rules and requirements of migration is essential.
Migration is not always available at all times—it typically opens during specific phases known as Migration Events, and comes with both eligibility conditions and resource costs. There are also restrictions based on your current role in the State, alliance membership, and the status of your Watchtower.
Before you can migrate, you must meet several requirements related to your identity, Watchtower status, and State activity. Additionally, migration costs are tied to your Migration Score, a metric that reflects your overall strength in the game. The stronger you are, the more Migration Passes you’ll need to move.
This guide explains the conditions you must meet to become eligible, how the cost system works, and what you should prepare for a successful move to a new State.
Migration Conditions
Survivors may migrate to a target State (provided identity quotas are available) only if all the following conditions are met:
- You have received an invitation or hold a Regular Identity during the free migration phase.
- Your Watchtower meets the minimum required level.
- Your Watchtower is not engaged in combat and has no outgoing troops.
- You are not serving as President of any State.
- You have not migrated during the current migration event round.
- You are not a member of any alliance at the time of migration.
Migration Cost
Migration requires Migration Passes, and the number needed depends on your migration identity.
Survivors with different identities will consume a different number of passes based on their Migration Score—a rating that reflects your overall combat strength. This includes:
- Building CP
- Tech CP
- Hero CP
- APC CP, and more.
When will migration be available on my server?
Migration in Dark War Survival typically becomes available after the end of the third season of State vs State (SvS) events. Once your State completes its third SvS season, a Migration Phase is usually scheduled shortly afterward, allowing eligible Survivors to transfer to other States if the identity quotas and requirements are met.
Keep an eye on in-game announcements or the Event Center for exact timing, as availability can vary slightly depending on your server’s progression and event cycle.
